Members

The founding members of the TVIHR Forum include Sky, BBC Studios, ITV and NBC Universal.

In 2022, we were delighted to welcome Channel 4 as a new member.

Others involved at an early stage include IMG Studios and the advertiser WPP, recognising the applicability of the work done on TV production for advertising production.

Joining The Forum

The TVIHR Forum welcomes prospective members.

Full membership is open to broadcasters, commissioners and large production companies. Members set the strategy, decide on priorities and provide an annual financial contribution to support the Forum’s work. Members use the Forum to explore issues of common concern to the industry.

The emphasis of this group is on members’ own operations and supply chains rather than on TV coverage of human rights. Within this, the Forum will prioritise the most vulnerable and those most at risk.

Others working in TV, including smaller production companies and industry suppliers, are welcome to attend the Forum meetings, participate in research and seek support to use the publicly available tools and resources. These are opportunities to contribute to issues that affect the industry and to standards set by broadcasters.
